About Beth Herzog
and
Taco Bella Farm
I have had horses in my life in some form for over 40 years. 15 years ago, I started to question everything I had been told about the “right” way to interact with horses and began my journey into discovering how much they have to offer, if we are willing to slow down and listen.
Along the way I cultivated a mindfulness and meditation practice that helped me grow through numerous challenging situations and life changes. This combination of horses, mindfulness and meditation has been my holy grail on my quest for a bold awareness about my true self, a sense of ease in my life and deeper, more meaningful connections in my community.
Today I live on a farm east of Columbus, Ohio with my herd, and I want to share what I’ve learned and offer a space for experiencing the power of this holy grail, so that others can enjoy the same transformation in their lives.
Mission:
I offer life-changing experiences with horses and sacred spaces on my land. I support my participants in developing a personal mindfulness practice that facilitates awareness, fosters ease and improves relationships. Along with my participants, I am co-creating a community where people are free to be themselves and feel understood and supported.
Vision/Values:
Being a good listener, holding space
Valuing my animals as equal partners in our work
Sharing my insight while also empowering participants to come to their own conclusions on what’s best for them

Providing the best possible environment for all animals in my care, meeting all of their physical and emotional needs
